My daughter and I have the sort of relationship where I can tell her exactly what I think of her friends, female or male, and I can tell her if I hear something not so good about them. She then takes those things into consideration and handles the relationships as she sees fit.
Judging from what you've written about your relationship with your daughter, it sounds like your best course of action would be to just stay quiet and let her find her way on her own.
