My children speak english and spanish, I only speak english but my boyfriend (my girls father) speaks both english and spanish also. Even if you have children with someone who does not speak russian as long as you include it in there lives everyday they will learn it. I do know of some parents who speak 2 languges and there kids only speak english, this is because they didn't use it as an everyday language in the home (usually using it as a way to talk around their children, I think that is sad)
