We cloth diapered. Well we didn't start till she was ayear old though. She had diaper rash after diaper rash, so many prescription diaper creamns and nothing helped. Had to get rid of ALL citris fruits including apples. Then switched to CDin gnad not a rash since, well she had one a bit ago. But she was in undies by then and had the farting quirts
