I would strongly advise you to seek counseling. If you are unable to afford it, please check around as there are places that will work on a sliding scale.

This is not your fault! You were assaulted, you did not choose to be in this situation.

Also, I'm pretty sure Planned Parenthood has seem MUCH worse. In fact, they may even be able to refer you to some help regarding counseling.
