Babies don't cry for no reason. Is he gassy? Maybe his tummy is upset when he is crying for a reason you can't see. Or maybe he is tired and needs your help getting off to sleep. It is normal though and it does get better. It's better you walk away for a few minutes and recompose than get angry with him, that doesn't make you an abusive parent. But remember that at 10 weeks old the world is scary and new to your baby and he is going to turn to you for comfort a lot.
