I agree with Sky...babies don't cry for no reason. Crying is their only method of communicating a problem. He needs SOMETHING...whether it be attention, or just the security of being held close.

I also agree that it's better to walk away and compose yourself. Doesn't mean that you'll become an abusive parent. Having the control to walk away probably means that you WON'T do that. Right now, you're probably tired, getting used to a new routine, and stressing a little....and that can also impact the baby and make HIM stressed. Try to relax, be calm, and just hang in there!!!
