I really don't think who he plays house with is any of your business as long as your daughter isn't there. It is confusing for kids when Mommy and Daddy were together last week and now Daddy has a new woman. If you guys were doing things as a family last week and this week has the teacher over when your daughter is there she is going to get really confused. He needs to let her get adjusted to you and him being over before he brings in another woman. JMHO.
