Thanks everyone. I knew I wasn't crazy. My DH called moms new house number and got to speak briefly with DD. It was so sad. She starts to say I lost the phone then she says wait I know where its at... it's in mommys big bag. The she goes on to actually whisper " I wanted to call you." It's heartbreaking. I wish there was anything I could do. What if DD gets in trouble for telling her dad where the phone is? The next custody hearing is in June. I'm wondering if sending a letter to the judge about the phone issue with copies of her email request for scheduled phone calls twice a week would do any good. So far the legal system has run us right over. It's a mommy state.
