So i was talking to an aquaintance of mine, and she said she is working at a daycare for the summer. And i asked, are you qualified? and the response was no, i took admin studies. But she's been working there on and off for 5 years (she's my age so she started working there at 18) and the boss is apparently very accomodating.
To me this is an outrage! Why would a daycare hire NON qualified daycare providers??? Just becuase you have a child doesn't make you a qualified daycare provider (the aquaintence has a child)!
