My cousin is a director of a child care facility, at the time she started there she had no qualifications. She just got her degree this month. She has been there for 12 years and does a great job. If I lived in her area I would send my child there. It's about the people as much as the credentials. When you look at my situations, my daughters teacher is sleeping with her dad. (See "I need some advice") and she has credentials.
