Wow I couldn't imagine...I would think that boy is missing so much of his childhood by having a baby and being with a woman so much older than he is. He can't take her to any dances, he won't have many, if any, friends his age. I just couldn't let that happen to my son, nephew, cousin (any kid I knew and had influence on). I don't think it would happen at all if it were a 13 yr old girl.
So sad that the parents think its ok.
