It's an unfortunately reality in our society that men and women are held to different standards. Had the genders been reversed, the man would have been in prison, as the vast majority of states have a sexual consent age of 15 or above (Ohio is 16, where I'm from). Unless the woman is a teacher, it's not surprising that she got nothing more than a very light sentence. If a 27 year old man is having sex with a 13 year old girl, he's a pedophile. If a 27 year old woman is having sex with a 13 year old boy, she made a mistake in judgement. I'm not sure what the difference is. She really should have been held to the same accountability as anyone else, baby or not.
