My daughter is 21 months old, and we just moved her into her toddler bed due to the fact that she decided it would be a good idea to throw herself out of her crib. I guess it was a good thing my wife and I were in the room. I was luckily able to throw myself across her bedroom and make a wide-reciever like catch. I was about to spike the ball until I realized I was holding my child and not a football

.
My question has to do with sleeping times. When my daughter was in her crib she would go to bed at about 7:30pm and sleep until about 7:30-8:00am. Ever since we switched her over to her toddler bed she goes to bed at the same time, but will wake up at about 6:00am.
Is this normal for the change in bed to cause a change in sleeping pattern? Any advice would be truly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
