PPD = Pervasive Developmental Disorders. These are disorders on the autism spectrum. They include autistic disorder, Asperger's, Rett's, Childhood disintegration disorder, and PPD-NOS. NOS is "not otherwise specified" and it applies for a constellation of issues that don't quite fit any of the others in the autism spectrum.

Ymann, I don't have any answers for you, although my nephew has Aspergers and ADHD. But there a ton of sites on the web for info and support. You can Google "PPD-NOS" to pull them up. Here's a few:
