I don't think there's too much to worry about. Truth or dare is really popular with my boys and their friends and the dares often involve taking off clothing.

If he was embarrassed by what he did, then he knows it is wrong, and whether you punish him or not is up to you, but I wouldn't unless you find out that one of the boys was pressured into something he really didn't want to do.
