I see it differently. Antibiotics can sometimes make infections worse, they could be giving her the wrong anti biotics. Make sure you are seeing a DR and not a PA or NP.
You should be giving Motrin and not Tylonol. Motrin is an anti inflamatory and Tylonol is not. He should be recommending antibiotic ear drops. She could have a bacterial infection.
Have you been to an ear nose and throat Dr yet? Sinus drainage could easily cause ear infections if not treated with the correct antibiotics. She needs an CT scan to look at her sinus and ear canals.

PS. Lysol is a pesticide and not safe for children. Be careful what you are cleaning with.
