Your poor little girl! And poor you for having to go through this with her!

I assume you went to an ENT for the tubes. If not, I agree with the suggestion to see a peds ENT as this is their specialty.

It may be too early depending on the antibiotics, but if the antibiotics have failed has your doc cultured the pus/junk from her ears to 1) determine the exact bugs involved, and 2) (as important) to determine which antibiotics will be effective against the bugs (i.e., ran a sensitivities study on the culture)? This usually isn't done until several broad-spectrum antibiotics have failed, but it may be worth asking whether it has been done to be sure.
