On a cookie she you lay out a piece of procuito and a half a piece of cheese to fit nicely inside and melt within the asparagus. You place a serving of aspargus like six to seven pieces long ways on the procuitto, roll the procuito and cheese around the asparagus. Once you have laid them all out on a cookie sheet you make just for the cheese to melt @ 350 for three minutes, take them out and serve. It is always a crowd pleaser. So good. |
I'm trying to picture this.. I'm getting lost. So procuttio as I have had it is in smallish round peices. Asparagus long. So are you lining up a few peices of procuitto and cheese and then rolling? Are you putting the cheese /inside/ the aparagus? This sounds yummy, I want to try.. just trying to figure out how it's done exactly.
