well my parents only had to prove they were telling the truth once when they said "You're not going to basketball until you've done such and such a tiny little chore."

imagine my shock when, having not done the chore, time to go arrived and... shock, horror... they refused to take me!! but! it's time to go!!

.... i got to the game at half time. felt stupid.
