No way would I take my toddler to an adult movie.
But a couple of friends used to take their baby (now almost 10) with them to movies. As soon as it was dark, he would zonk out and sleep through the whole thing. Though mine sure wouldn't have.
So depending on the baby, I wouldn't have a problem with that.
