I think that the two of you should have communicated a little better! I can not believe that you couldn't reach her - that alone would have made me furious!
I think that this is a perfect example of a double standard - your wife woulda been p*ss*d if you did this to her, but she's acting like she did nothing wrong?!
I wouldn't hold a grudge or anything, but she was wrong & acted selfish. You definately did the right thing by going inside, for you can never be too safe these days
I think she should make it up to you by apoligizing to you & your son - first & foremost - and then by letting you have a guys night out with no time limitations
