Which is exactly why it's inappropriate. If she was saying 'hello, your dog is so cute' or something that is one thing. but she has a crush on him and these notes are just a way of her trying to make moves and flirt (ie can i touch your 6pk abs). Completely inappropriate - as she knows exactly what she's doing, and it's not acceptable behavior for a 15yr old.
