This is a PERFECT example of how the courts are NOT in the best intrest of the child. The whole system makes me sick. I didn't go on the same kinda trip with school when I was in 6th grade. I got in trouble and was not allowed to go. To me it seems kinda the same, only "mom" (and I use that term loosely), like you said, put the kid up to all that garbage.
