Since I have a lot of children and the fact I have more daughter then son and all my girls were the Female Jocks they all stuck together. Meaning in numbers my girls were less targeted. As far bullies here in CA we have Zero Tolerance meaning if my kids were the target I would push the issue especially if the parent were not doing something. I do believe I holdthe school responsible and to keep this under control. Our children go to school to learn and should feel comfortable there. Its sad it happens
