Children: 1 Boy
Default Getting enough dairy/fat

We are in the process of weening Brian off the bottle. At this point, he only has a bottle before bed.

Since he isn't getting milk in a large quantity at set times throughout the day, we have been a little concerned that he is getting enough fat in his diet. I don't know if he is getting 16 oz. of milk a day, although I don't think so.

We make sure he gets cheese or yogurt or yogurt/fruit drink or either types of diary during the day. Recently, he has been off having yogurt in the morning.

I'm wondering if others may have suggestions as to how to ensure he is getting the right amount of dairy/fat.
