I wouldn't stress either, it sounds good, but rememeber once the bottle is removed he will start to drink less milk, that is normal. I wouldn't worry so much about his fat intake from milk, just that he is getting all of the calcium. There are a lot of products that have healthier forms of fat, avocados as mentioned, bananna's most fresh fruits and veggies, fish, depending on babies age, although mine have all had it after a year. Spinach has a great supply of calcium also. One other tip I have is to not look at his day to day intake, but a weekly/bi-weekly intake, kids will eat you out of house and home for a few days then touch nothing for a week, so if you look at it over a course of time you will see a better view of what thier actual intake is.
