Have you looked into Allergy clearing or Applied Kinesiology?
I did the shot route and here is what they might not tell you. You can have a reaction to the shot. You can go into anaphylactic shock. You can die if they do not have the proper medical equipment there. BTDT. I now have memory problems because I flatlined. Lack of oxygen to the brain because of one stupid shot that was supposed to help me overcome my allergies. Oh and it wasn't the first shot either, it was about the 15th shot I had a reaction to, so according to them they would have to go back down to the dosage I did not have a reaction to. That is when I went into anaphylactic shock and was basically dead on the table for about 5 minutes.

I would go with the less invasive allergy clearing. It worked for me and other people I know. It is usually performed by a chiropractor. They test you to find out whatever you are allergic to, it may take a couple of sessions, then you are done with that allergen.
