In a way, I think he shouldn't HAVE to pay child support. Where is the biological father? They should find him and make him pay for child support. Now here is my other side.....since he agreed to pay child support before, maybe he should continue to pay because he did it already. If he had went to court to not pay child support the first time, he may have not been in this situation if he established the parternity before all of this happened. IDK, it all falls to what's best for the child though and I don't know how the law works fully. |
