I would have to say that if my brother molested my daughter that I would think of that act as evil. Now he may not be an evil person his whole life but that one act would make me break family ties with him.
I never really looked at kids as being evil. I have looked at some as more bad than others but never evil.
As for the kids on the show I am not seeing evil in any of them.
