Because you're just such a good non-judgemental person, and people are allowed to be how they want? Just because you don't say it doesn't mean you don't think it.
Here's how I break it down:
Walking an old lady across the street - good person
Someone who cheats on their spouse - bad person
One who stalks, terrorizes, intimidates, tortures, beats helpless victims and is relentless about it - EVIL
When you finally come to know someone who is evil, you'll have no problem admitting it. Maybe you just haven't met them yet.
