My son would never have thought of ME that way, even in that costume. Sex and Mom are two words that he doesn't want to connect in any way, shape or form. At fourteen, or even now, at almost 22, his reaction would be "Gosh, Mom, are you really going out in public in THAT? I hope you don't see anyone I know!" LOL
