If there is no room for her in the proper age group, get in her in a new daycare where this is. Simple :-)

These young years are critical for preparation for kindergarden and such...do all you can to get your kid above average. That means putting her in a great pre-k learing program as well as studying with her at home so she knows how to read by the time she does get into kindergarden.
