What are the mental steps taken when weighing the benefit or harm of any decision? It is these mechanics that seem more beneficial than examples illustrating situations. A story about an incident can be interesting but training a person to think through the choices, not just do what they have been TOLD is right, is crucial in diverse communities, IMHO. |
