Children: DD (10) and DS (12)
Default Re: Movie Talk

I totally agree it depends on each child. My two are sensitive and scare easily. For example, remember when the Thomas the Magic Railroad movie came out in 2000? DS was a huge Thomas fan at the time (age 4). He saw this movie (rated G) and had nightmares about the evil engine for months. LOL! I can laugh now, but it was not funny at the time. DD is the same way.

Because I know kids differ and parents have different feelings regarding movies, if my kids have friends over we either stick with G movies to be safe, or I will talk with the parents and ask for their permission concerning other movies.
