Default Re: Stay at home or working parents?

I have a job now, but I'll be leaving it in December. Had I not decided to attend graduate school so I could get my teaching license, I would have probably continued working up until the time the babies arrive. We've been using my salary solely for the mortgage, our house is financed for 7 years. And we planned it that way, what I make is great, but I am by no means the bread winner.

No matter what, I was going to be a stay at home parent, but since we're having twins, it makes it that much more important that I be here. Nate's going to be an attending so there are going to be some days that he won't be here at all. I don't know when I'll go back to work, I really hate the idea of daycare. We may get some help - we'll just cross that bridge when the time comes.
