oh yeah...she's 47lbs but the seat belt wasn't tucked in right, it goes in that little notch on the side there where the red is, but she was sound asleep and most have pulled it out tyring to get comfy in the car...I actually didn't even notice untill you said something. But the booster itself is for 40-like 100lbs. She hates sleeping in the car and tends to pull the belt around making in worse. It also should have been under the arm rest too, than it looks normal
