Hello,
I have a 7 year old daughter. We were told about 2 months ago that she has encoprisis. Before we went to the specailist, everyone (drs, etc.) told us there was nothing wrong with her, and this was all just behavoral. I found one who helped us see a gastroentrologist.
I just dont know what to do with her. She was doing really well and coming home from school clean, now she is back to the beginning. I am pulling out my hair over this. I dont think she realizes that she smells. I have stopped tring to wash her underware, I just throw them out.
please can anyone offer advice
