We went through this with my daughter and eventually discovered that the nerve endings in her digerstive system didn't work as normally as they should. For a while she had to take very heavy duty laxatives to help "clear" her system at scheduled times. I would recommend seeing a specialist and having all necessary tests done to rule out an organic cause.
