yes you can have bleeding and be pregnant. My best friend is now 21 weeks pregnant. Now she found out right away that she was pregnant but still bled like a normal period. Sonce she knew she went to the ER, and everything was fine. She had a bloodclot on her uterus. She ended up with essentually a period every month for the first 3 months. She would bleed for a week, then nothing for 3 weeks, then bleed again.
I would tell her to take a test.
Also it is possible that she is having a miscarriage. Most woman will have then and not even know it
