We went through this with DD. A sticker incentive chart worked well with her. Part of the deal was that she had to let Mom or Dad brush her teeth first and then she had to brush herself to earn a sticker for her chart. So many stickers earned a special treat or small toy. At first we started with 3 stickers for the reward and then we gradually worked it up to a week. Eventually we didn't need to use the chart at all. Good luck!

I don't know show him teeth of people who haven't brush. Also that chart isn't a bad idea. And brush with him. You could make it fun for him by buying him that toothbrush that plays music while you brush.
