I would like to start doing some yoga with my Dd. I think it would be fun for us and should help her learn to manage her temper when it does come out.

Does anyone have any recommendations of a good children's yoga DVD? I'm looking on ebay and there are a ton of listings to go through.

My kids have the Gaiam ABC's DVD and love doing it. I put it on whenever they see to have way to much energy, especially in the winter, and they have fun doing it. It says 3-6 but even my 7.5 yr old daughter enjoys it. They even have their own kiddie mats.

not sure personally. My friend got one at Target that she does with her 1 year old
