that was than...the numbers are important because when you were in the locker room over 80% of boys were cut now it's 52% os only 1/2 the guys in the locker room will be laughing...I still don't care what anybody else thinks of my son's penis...seriously that's right up there with hoping your daughters have big boobs

I agree Fallon. Its like running out and getting your 15 year old a boob job so that she is not made fun of for having small ones.

When's the last time you saw porn or a Playgirl...or any cartoon even of an uncircumsized penis? Regardless of whatever stats you throw out...growing up, I can say for a fact that circumcision was the norm in the locker rooms.

Yes it WAS the norm but now it is not. They say this year only about 42% of baby boys will be cut. So not the norm any more!!!

And again in porn a playgirl or whatever, the men are erect. An erect penis is an erect penis you cannot see a difference.

That would be weird though...shooting photos aroused...how do they stay that way?

I agree that it could be...but if when my son is old enough to decide for himself he can have it done if he wants...just like if my daughter grows up and wants a boob job, who am I to stop here

So having no circumcision is increasingly popular because it is the somewhat more natural way (why change how it looks? it does the same thing) and it prevents (even at such a young age) for a baby boy to go through such unnecessary pain during circumcision.

Exactly. I would never give my daughter a boob job just because, nor would I give a son cosmetic surgery, just because. They can always get it done, they can never take it back

As someone who watches porn from time to time - I can report that there are a number of uncut people in both photos and movies.

I have two boys in middle school. One thing to bear in mind is that PE no longer has the shower option - so no one is getting undressed. Additionally, my boys are uncut, and have never ever been laughed at over being uncircumcised.

And why would htey be? Even at my school, we took showers but we took them in seim suits. No one was naked!

The vast majority of the public schools have trimmed down their "extras." My kids only have PE for 30 minutes, twice a week. There isn't time to shower anymore - so the schools cut out that option.

No Child Left Behind, and education budget cuts, have drastically changed the nature of public school.
