Default what to feed her?

I need your help!!
My daughter is getting ready to turn one and I don;t know what to feed her. It seems like I am giving her the same things day after day. Is it normal for her to be throwing little timpertantrums in her high chair and trwing her food. She likes to slam her sippy cup all over the place.
Please help?

Extremely normal. My son is 13 months and he has terrible table manners. Sometimes he throws food on my head when I'm picking up the stuff he's already thrown. Then he screams at me when I don't make meals fast enough or if it isn't what HE wants. They're bossy, aren't they? lol My suggestion to you would be to put only a couple pieces of food on the tray at a time to avoid a mess.

Regarding eating the same things everyday, Oliver is the same way. He's a VERY picky eater. He pretty much eats the same breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. I don't think that's necessarily bad as long as you keep introducing stuff to them, you know? Also, make sure that she is taking vitamins and drinking enough milk.

Nichole ate whatever we ate. No problems. It is normal. nichole also threw food on occassion, but ifshe threw it once, I gave it back, twice and the food was gone. Believe me she learned really quick and no longer throws food. Of course I did not starve her. She just got down and when she wanted back in her chair to eat, I put her back in

I wonder if I should try that technique with Oliver. I guess I'm afraid to because he is so picky with his food and I don't want to turn him away from eating.

don't struggle with it though, if he truly does not like the food you give him. But like others have said before (not here specifically) koids need to try food a dozen times before they are comfortable with new stuff.

As I said to, if she wanted back in her chair to eat we put her back in, if she threw it again, we would tell her no throwing then give it back, she did it again we took her out again. It took time but only about a week of constant, then it lingured, now she doesn't throw any food. of course maybe I just have a well behaved toddler at the table
