Children: son Jonah and daughter Ellie | What are your pans/ frying pans made of? | | I got rid of all non-stick stuff a while back and bought a cast iron and a stainless steel frying pans. As for soup-pans, I also got rid of what I had and bought a couple of glass ones, they are expensive, but I really love them and I know they don't have any toxic in them. |

We drink out of plastic cups and we usually heat them up in the microwave first. I store the food in the frig wiht seran wrap and reheat daily. Sometimes I leave the food sitting out overnight. You behavior is beyond dumb lately. I just thought someone had to bring these news to you. It’s also way too stupid and primitive to even piss me off (so don’t even waste your energy). It makes me sort of bond with you the way I do with…mmm...puppies. You also won’t impress Fooser, since he doesn’t give a dumb about you. Well, Fooser, at least we have something in common! |

I feel you have an impression that the people on this board are ignorant as parents. You need to get over yourself. Kaytee, it wasn't rude...it was funny. Don't be so uptight. There are SO many things in this world about life that is interesting instead of a crusade that has no end result. |

Children: Nichole | Re: What are your pans/ frying pans made of? | | well I also try my best as a parent to give my child the best start so I do care about this type of info. If you don't... fine, thats your choice as a parent, I do not think you care less about your children's health or anything like that, but seriously if you don't want to listen to what a person has to say, then just ignore them all together. |

I have just heard about it recently, but I don't know much about it except that this is 'considered' to be a healthy cook-wear. This is mostly why I started this thread to see if anyone uses it. |

Due in July with #3 | Re: What are your pans/ frying pans made of? | | I'm going to look into these...I have been wanting to change over my cookware but haven't had the money to do it. I was thinking about what to register for though. Or in the price is right I may switch with my tax return.

 | Re: What are your pans/ frying pans made of? | | We generally use teflon-coated pans and pots, but as my children are approaching independent age, in a cynical way I figure any damage the pans have done is too far gone to fix at this point. For my part it looks like they're just fine. Maybe the damage is that my son is happy with a part-time job and no social life :P |
