Now ... Im no granola eating, tree hugging extremest by any means ... but I DO thirst for knowledge ... and within that have come across many interesting "ideas" about 9/11, inclusive of the twin towers, building 7 and the pentagon ...

Im not going to sit here and point fingers at any "persons" ... but I have to say that I dont buy into the government account of what happened .. theres too many lies, cover ups, and inconsistencies for it to be a coincidence.

Curious as to others thoughts ...

I'm not sure this will do very well on this board...But I'm inclined to believe that something is definitely fishy about the accounts of 9/11. But I'm not sure if it's because the govt is withholding information or because they were involved.

Can you summarize what you what you mean by "government account of what happened"? Not sure if you are talking about the president's belief or what everybody agrees (or believes) to be the undisputed facts, or something else.

I've never really immersed myself in the government conspiracy topic. Although I'm uneducated about it, I'm not blind to the fact there are things happening that we don't know about. HWNORTH, maybe you can provide some reputable resources to back some theories that you support, so that I may become more knowledgable.

Theories .. ok .. a few as I understand them..and many not theories but actual facts

Official report states that the towers collapsed due to heat stress (fires) yet no steel framed building in history has ever failed due to fire.

Jet fuel at PERFECT elements burns at 1800 degree F .... steel melts at 2500 degree F. plus most of the jet fuel would have been vaporized and ignited on impact of 400 MPH

just before each collapse there was seismic spikes and several people have talked of explosions just prior

building 7 with no real damage to justify, suddenly collapses.

the "implosion" of the buildings is similar to professional detonation.

dust cloud - 2 things .. one, New Yorkers being told the air was safe ...
other ... building failure to produce that much pulverized dust.

Pentagon - most heavily guarded and highest security in the world .. but no video or pictures of plane.

path the the plane had to fly to hit where it did

lack of luggage, bodies, plane debris, engines etc at Pentagon crash.

plus plus plus plus ... its quite interesting when you look into the facts of it all and look at the evidence presented and what the government reports have tried to tell the public. The official report states they have no idea why tower 7 fell.

What I find quite interesting as well .. is that essentially a war was started over this very thing .. and the seemingly complacency of people over this. There have been so many lies from the government on this .. yet its just accepted.

Im not saying WHO it was ... but I AM saying that the official government report accounting the events.

reputable resources ? .. Im sure theres an argument for for any theory. But when NORAD suddenly fails.. yet was scrambled with 100% success 67 times prior.... and 4 times in one day they failed ?

Terrorists? Well lets see... of the several terrorists they "claimed" where part of it .. several were found alive.

Pilot training? The pilot they claimed flew into the Pentagon, which Air Force officials have said was a highly skilled pilot by his flight maneuvers, his own flight instructor said he had a hard time believing it was him as he couldnt fly a plane worth a damn and was failing the flight school.

Theres not just one of two screw ups here ... there are hundreds ... and too many to even remotely support the government claims or terrorists flew into the buildings and heat collapsed them.

I don't believe that the towers went down because of an explosion. I think info like this provides a credible explanation: link. The steel did not have to melt for it to lose enough structural integrity to collapse. And that is what appeared to happen: The building collapsed, with floors pancaking upon themselves. Unfortunately, I watched the whole thing live on tv, and this appears consistent with what I saw.

As for the rest, I'm not that interested to get into it, really. But given the high burn point for jet fuel, I'm not surprised that things like luggage, plane debris, or bodies survived. If you have ever seen the results up close of a high-impact vehicle explosion (i.e., highway speeds) with a subsequent fire, there's really not much identifiable matter left. And that's not jet fuel and does not involve the velocity or mass of fully loaded airliner.

I have been researching this alot. The firemen on the scene hear explosions before the plane ever hit. Also the bottom level windows were blown out "as if a bomb went off"
If you watch the videos you can see explosives going off around each building that feel that went off at the same time the planes hit the building
All three buildings built by one man.
George W Bush and his family were friends of the Bin Ladens and have been for years. Something turned sour and Bush was going to make them pay. As soon as the attacks happend Pres. Bush flew out the Bin Laden family to safety. Why? To protect his oil.
Clinton was in on it to so they want Hilary to win so bad to again.......protect their oil.
There is so much to this that I don't have time to post it all, but I've kept up for the most part.
They had me going and believing there was a cause behind this war but after reading and researching I think this is foolish and these soldiers are pawns in Bush and Bin Ladens sick game.
The flight over the field 93 was shot down, this is why there is a hole (crater) and no sign of the plane, people......nothing!
I am starting to believe it is an inside job. Not to many people knew just how close the Bin Ladens were to the Bushes.

This would suggest also there were no eye wittinesses or the plane they saw crash wasn't the plane in the official report.

I would also think the official report would have some explanation the lack of bodies and luggage, etc. They wouldn't just leave out such glaring info hoping nobody would notice.

BTW HW, Did you by chance work in the TV series Millennium?
