We live 3hrs away from the other party. So as long as DD is not in school we could have done 2wk on 2wks off but she would never "allow" that. This is the mother of all understatments but DD parents do not get along. Since I met DH all things involving DD have been the other parties way or no way. Even when we lived 20min away. It really truely sucks for a 4 1/2 year old girl.

One of the days I'll tell my horror story but while 'the case' is still open I have to be tight liped about it. Lets just say I can relate times 1000. I trully hope everything turns out for the best for her sake.

it's times like this that I thank god Debra's father is in prison...but then at the same time it scares the hell out of me to think what could be ahead when he's released. Oneday, it's been very clear to me for a long time that youc are deeply for this little girl. She is lucky to have you in her life and no matter what happens one day she will be old enough to understand the truth and see how hard you and her father fought for her

Wow, I hate that you are going through all of this. Give Dd tons of hugs from us! The hardest part is watching the effect on little ones and trying your best to help them through it.

*UPDATE* There has still been no word back on the judges verdict. Almost a month now. What has happened is after badmouthing our living situation to the court the mom has moved in with her mom "temporarily" untill the house she will be moving into with her boyfriend and lil miss is ready. To be precise she moved 12 days after testifing that she has lived in the same place for 3 years. Is that even legal? I have my doubts about the whole boyfriend thing as lil miss had never said anything about him untill talk of the move. My other concern is the mom has a ten year history of not being nice to the opposite sex both physically and emotionally. So what if this boyfriend thing is true....God now what will lil miss see this time? Anyway thank you for all the prayers and words of encouragement. I have truly needed them. Thank you.

I'm sorry hun. I can't believe they still havn't given you an answer, that's horrible!!! I'm not sure about the laws there but here she would be in trouble for moving without notifying the court
