that question had multiple answers. Fallon why do u know that? lol the biggest penis indeed belongs to the biggest animal: the blue whale. The largest measured penis reached 2,4 m (8 feet) - Accurate measurements are difficult to be made because the whale's erect length can only be observed during mating. For humans - The largest penis in the world was recorded by a Doctor Robert Dickinson. In the early 20th century he measured the largest medically recorded penis in the world at 13.5 inches long and was 6.25 inches in girth. There was another claim to a bigger penis by Dr. David Reuben in his book “Everything You Wanted to Know about Sex”. Dr. David Reuben claimed he had measured a 14 inch penis but it was never independently verified. Incidentally the largest penis ever erected was in China at an amusement park. The 30ft erection, named Sky Pillar, has been built at Longwan Shaman Amusement Park in Changchun city
