We are the fastest growing city in TX, and are in the top five in the US. I think we had around 110% growth last year. Wylie, Texas (TX) Detailed Profile - relocation, real estate, travel, jobs, hospitals, schools, crime, news, sex offenders

When I was a kid I used to take trips with my friend's parents to Mansfield. There is nothing like good old Texas town where things don't move as fast and the people are more relaxed.

Hey, we are fast growing too. Our school system is county based; we are adding 8,000 kids per year. The equivalent of about one new high school, two middle schools, and four elementary schools each year. Try getting funding for that.
But I love it here. Great city, but still has some of the advantages of a town.
