Obviously go for carrots or fruit, but yeah...if you stop eating junk all together, you'll go crazy and just binge one day.
I think the key for me is allowing yourself sweet stuff, but just be sure it's healthy sweet stuff. I like to eat those little fruit gummy snacks they make for kids. One pack, and it satisfies my sweet cravings, and it's virtually no calories. Taffy, gummi bears...stuff like that has so few bad calories. Or buy those 100 calorie cookie bags. Or only allow yourself 2 or 3 Oreo cookies or something.
Really, all you need to do is ride out 2 weeks. After that, it'll be a habit, and you will develop the will power to not eat junk.
You can do it Lissa! Don't you want to be all fine?
