My "baby" (DD) is turning 9 this week. My oldest (DS) will be 11 in August.  Where has all the time gone?! It seems like not too long ago they were wearing diapers and toddling. Wow, they grow up so quickly! Parenting can be so bitter sweet at times. Their milestones and accomplishments make DH and I so proud, yet it also makes us realize how their days here at home with us are numbered. Now I can totally understand why my Mom was bawling like a baby the day my parents dropped me off at college. At the time I was rolling my eyes at her. LOL! | ||

Isn't it AMAZING how time flies by?? It's almost scarry to me. It feels like it was just yesterday my second dd was born, but it's already been over 4 months. Where is the time going?? I guess we need to just enjoy our kids as much as possible, because they're not going to be this little for very long. | ||

I sure know where you are coming from. My oldest who is almost eight is headed into third grade and is just so big now. My youngest who is five is headed to Kindergarten this coming year and I am just having so much trouble with it all right now. I feel like if I blink they will be moving out. | ||

I'm with you. My oldest turned 11 recently and is as tall as I am, into clothes and on her way to giggling about boys with her friends. My baby will turn 5 next week and start kindergarten in the fall.  I have terrible baby fever right about now... | ||
